FAQs
Quick answers to common questions about bidding, credits, AutoBids, payments, and won auctions.
Getting Started
Account basics, login details, usernames, and where your activity is shown.
How do bidding credits work?
Bidding credits are used to place bids in live auctions. The number of credits used depends on the auction settings.
Do I need an account before I can bid?
Yes. You need a BidBid account so your credits, bids, AutoBids, favourites, wallet activity, and won auctions can be recorded against you.
Can I change my username later?
No. Usernames are locked after account creation so bidding records, winner records, and admin reports stay consistent.
Where do I update my contact details?
Use Account Info to keep your name, email, mobile number, and delivery address up to date. These details are used when support checks your account and when paid product wins are processed.
Bidding And Auction Cards
What the live card shows before you spend credits on a product or BidPack auction.
What information is shown on an auction card?
Auction cards show the product, auction ID, status, current or ended price, timer, leading bidder or winner, and the main action button for that auction.
How do bidding credits work?
Each bid uses bidding credits from your available balance. Your wallet and credit history show credits bought, credits used, and any bonus or admin credits.
Why does the timer change after bids?
Live auctions can reset or extend the timer after a bid. This gives other bidders a fair chance to respond before the auction closes.
What does "1 Credit" on a live auction card mean?
It means each bid on that auction uses one bidding credit. If an auction uses more credits per bid, the card shows the correct credit cost for that auction.
Why is the auction ID important?
The auction ID is the reference number support and admin use to check bids, AutoBids, won auctions, and payment records for the correct auction.
AutoBids
How automatic bids are saved, reserved, processed, and shown in your account.
What is an AutoBid?
An AutoBid lets you reserve credits and place automatic bids within the limits you set for an auction.
Is Number Of Bids the same as credits?
No. Number Of Bids is the maximum number of AutoBids you want to allow. The credits reserved are worked out as Number Of Bids multiplied by Credits per AutoBid. For example, 50 AutoBids on an auction that uses 17 credits per AutoBid reserves 850 credits.
Where can I see my saved AutoBids?
Your saved AutoBids are shown in My AutoBids. Reserved AutoBid credits stay held while a rule is active and return to your available balance when the rule is cancelled or completed.
Can AutoBids respond to other AutoBids?
Yes. The AutoBid process is designed to respond to auction activity, whether the latest bid was manual or another AutoBid.
Can I pause or remove an AutoBid?
Yes. My AutoBids is where saved rules can be reviewed and managed. If an AutoBid is deleted or cancelled before all reserved credits are used, the remaining reserved credits return to your available balance.
Why are some credits reserved?
Reserved AutoBid credits are held for active AutoBid rules. They are separated from available credits so the system knows which credits are already committed to automatic bidding.
Payments And Wallet
Bid pack purchases, credit balances, paid credits, bonus credits, and payment records.
Are bid pack purchases recorded?
Yes. Bid pack purchases appear in your wallet and credit history so both you and the admin can review them.
Where can I see my bid pack purchases?
Bid pack purchases are recorded in your Wallet and Credit History with the date, time, price paid, and credits added.
What do paid, bonus, and admin credits mean?
Paid credits come from bid pack purchases. Bonus credits are promotional credits. Admin credits are manual adjustments added by the admin team.
What should I send support for a payment question?
Send the purchase time, price paid, and the activity row shown in your Wallet or Credit History. This helps support confirm the exact purchase record.
Are product payments and BidPack purchases tracked?
Yes. The admin side keeps records of purchases and won auction payments so the team can confirm payment and review evidence if there is a dispute.
Won Auctions And Delivery
What happens after the timer closes and how paid wins are processed.
What happens when I win?
Won auctions appear in My Won Auctions, where you can review the amount due and continue to payment.
What do I pay after winning?
Product wins show the winning price plus any shipping due. BidPack wins may show a zero product total or free shipping depending on the auction setup.
When is delivery arranged?
Delivery is arranged after the won auction payment is completed and your account address details are confirmed.
Where do I find won auctions?
Use My Won Auctions to review product and BidPack wins, check the amount due, open the auction, and continue to payment where required.
Why do I need a mobile number?
A mobile number helps with account support and can be useful when processing delivery or payment questions for won products.
Safer Bidding
Simple reminders for keeping bidding controlled and easy to review.
How can I track what I have spent?
Use Wallet and Credit History to review bid pack purchases, price paid, credits added, and credit adjustments. My Bids shows bidding activity for auctions.
What should I check before bidding again?
Check your available credits, reserved AutoBid credits, My Bids, My AutoBids, and My Won Auctions so you know what is already active on your account.
Can I contact support if something looks wrong?
Yes. Use Contact Us and include the auction ID, wallet purchase time, or account email so the team can check the correct record.
Refer A Friend
Referral rewards are linked to verified accounts and real BidPack purchases.
When do referral credits get added?
Your friend must sign up from your referral link, verify their email, and complete their first paid BidPack purchase. Once that payment is confirmed, 50 bonus credits are added to your account.
